    The City of Lowell Department of Planning and Development invites the public to discuss two alternatives presented by MassDOT for improving the junction between the Lowell Connector and Gorham Street. The project may include an additional traffic lane northbound to Highland Street. The goals of the project and the alternative concepts will be presented. Participants will have a chance to provide concerns, questions, and general feedback they have about the alternatives and transportation in the area. Comments and questions may also be emailed to before May 15 to be considered before an alternative is selected.
