    This information session provides an overview of all of the Workforce Training Fund programs. Topics covered include: the features and requirements of each program, funding availability, and application process. Following the information session, participants should be able to determine which grants are best suited for their business needs and know how to begin the application process.   3. Lowell Connector & Gorham Street MassDOT Meeting

    The City of Lowell Department of Planning and Development invites the public to discuss two alternatives presented by MassDOT for improving the junction between the Lowell Connector and Gorham Street. The project may include an additional traffic lane northbound to Highland Street. The goals of the project and the alternative concepts will be presented. Participants will have a chance to provide concerns, questions, and general feedback they have about the alternatives and transportation in the area. Comments and questions may also be emailed to LowellConnectorProject@lowellma.gov before May 15 to be considered before an alternative is selected.
