The Lowell Senior Center hosts our "On the Move" class remotely. Watch the first recorded workout on demand below, or search Youtube for LOWELL TELEMEDIA CENTER ON THE MOVE to see additional workouts. This program airs on cable LTC Channel 8:
- Tuesdays at 1:30pm
- Fridays at 3pm
- Saturdays at 10:30am.
LTC Channel 8 offers other cable fitness programming including:

Pen Pals and Phone Pals programs are being developed for the fall. If you would like to be connected with a fellow senior / neighbor / volunteer to send letters, emails, or call weekly, please contact Glady at 978-674-1168 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lowell Virtual Memory Cafe is offered on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 10am with social time and live entertainment. A memory cafe is a place where people with memory loss and their care partners can be themselves, share stories and discover helpful hints in a supportive, safe and fun environment. Alzheimer's/Dementia Caregiver's Support Group from the Chelmsford Senior Center via video conferencing. We meet on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 1pm.
