Lowell Business Recovery Task Force

The City of Lowell Economic Development Office convened the Lowell Business Recovery Task force to centralize resources for our business community and to effectively assist our local businesses during these uncertain times. The mission of the Lowell Business Recovery Task Force is to provide support, technical assistance, and communicate, in multiple languages and across various platforms, state and federal guidelines to assist our local businesses re-open.
We believe that this diverse cross-collaborative effort will form the most effective basis for our collective recovery during this crisis. We commit to spearheading local interventions, whether it be to access to working capital or personal protective equipment for employees, to ensure that all businesses, and their employees, in Lowell have the support they need to survive during this unprecedented period. We have launched this web page to centralize all resources, as well as documenting the ongoing efforts of this group.
