- UMass Lowell (UML) - Adult & Continuing Education- provides over 575 courses in information technology, business, engineering and more. Financial Aid is available.
- Middlesex Community College (MCC)- MCC has a variety of options for students of all ages and stages of their career.
Food Assistance
- Merrimack Valley Food Bank- Provides food and personal care items to low-income individual and families, the homeless and the hungry.

- Women, Infant & Children (WIC)- Free nutrition program for MA families that includes healthy foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, referrals to healthcare providers and other services.
- Mill City Grows- Fosters food justice through the increased access to land, urban farming and locally-growth food. Mill City Gros is proud to participate in the Healthy Incentives Program (HIP) which gives families greater access to fresh food.

- Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP): Income-eligible customers may qualify for a discounted rate on electric service. To be eligible, you must be a National Grid customer and already enrolled in an eligible benefit program or the Home Energy Assistance Program.
