Monthly Reports

We generate a report of all the permits applied for through Development Services. The report includes addresses, contractor info, project types, status of permit, status of inspections and other useful information. Reports are run monthly and are a snap shot of the current status of each application.

Obtain a Report

Generally this report is available at the Development Services Permit Counter located at:
City Hall
375 Merrimack Street
2nd Floor
Lowell, MA 01852

To improve customer service and broaden access to the information, the Counter Report is now available on our website.
