The Small Business Retention Program is available to assist well established small businesses in Lowell, to grow and prosper. In order to be eligible for this program, applicants need to have been in business for a minimum period of two years. The program offers eligible applicants a combination of grants, loans, and technical assistance with the goal of providing business owners with the tools to grow their business and prosper in the City of Lowell.
