CITY COUNCIL - MOTIONS

8.1.

C. Rourke - Req. City Mgr. have the Law Department provide a report on the status of every case in litigation including discovery, appeals and deadlines; report should also include any case on behalf of the City that is potentially headed towards litigation and the statute of limitations deadline for filing each case.

8.2.

C. Nuon/C. Rourke - Req. City Mgr. work with the State delegation and the MassDOT on ways and means to improve traffic safety at the intersection of Rogers and Boylston Streets.

8.3.

C. Nuon - Req. City Mgr. provide update regarding status of the former Garcia Brogan’s space in the Early Garage.

8.4.

C. Nuon - Req. City Mgr. review boards and commissions to determine whether additional associate and/or alternate members should be added to assist with quorum requirements and to help foster greater public participation.
