On behalf of the Office of the Mayor and the Lowell City Council, and the Office of the City Manager, join Veterans Services in observing Memorial Day.

  • Speaking program featuring U.S. Air Force Major Jacquelynn Coles
  • Lowell High School JROTC presenting colors
  • National anthem, flag raising, and pledge of allegiance with the Lowell Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts
  • Breakfast will be served (outside, weather permitting)
