In the City of Lowell, there will be a change to the polling location in Ward 8 for Precincts 3, 4, and 4A. The new polling location will be at the Daley Middle School (150 Fleming Street, Lowell). Voting will no longer take place at the Bailey Elementary School (175 Campbell Drive, Lowell).
