The City of Lowell Board of Assessors announces that the Fiscal Year 2026 property assessments are now available online. These assessed values reflect estimated fair market value as of January 1, 2025, and were developed in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws and Department of Revenue guidelines.
Residents and property owners may now review their FY2026 assessments by visiting https://lowellma.gov/154/Assessors and scrolling down to view and select "Lowell Assessments"
The Board of Assessors encourages all taxpayers to review their property information for accuracy. Questions may be directed to the Assessing Dept at (978) 674-4200 or by visiting City Hall during regular business hours.
