A parking ban has been declared in the City of Lowell at 6:00 PM, effective at 12:00 AM midnight. Residents are asked to move vehicles off of city streets. Free parking is available in the Ayotte, Downes, and Lower Locks garages. Once the ban is lifted, residents will have 2 hours to remove vehicles from the garages.
