Corey F. Williams is the City Solicitor in the City of Lowell Law Department. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Saint Anselm College in 2008, a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2014, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2018.
Before joining the City, Corey was a sole-practitioner specializing in the areas of labor and employment law, business litigation, and general civil litigation matters. This includes representing clients at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Department of Unemployment Assistance, Division of Administrative Law Appeals, and Superior Court. Corey also worked as in-house counsel for a large public-sector labor union, where he negotiated collective bargaining agreements and represented individuals at the Department of Labor Relations, National Labor Relations Board, Civil Service Commission, and at Arbitration.
Corey is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
