Olivia Hart-Paulson is a Second Assistant City Solicitor in the City of Lowell Law Department. She received her B.A in History from Saint Michael’s College with concentrations in Political Science and Economics. She then received her J.D. from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the United States Immigration Court.
Before joining the Law Department, Olivia was an attorney with Brooks Law Group where she focused on Immigration Law. She specifically worked with Special Juvenile Immigrants, General Removal Defense, and Affirmative Asylum Claims before the U.S. Immigration Court, USCIS, and Massachusetts Juvenile and Probate Courts. She also has experience with contract negotiation.
