Garrett Beaulieu is a Second Assistant City Solicitor in the City of Lowell Law Department. He received a B.A. in History and Political Science from Holy Cross in 2015, and a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2018.
Before joining the Law Department, Garrett worked in the Office of State Representative Jerry Parisella where he was the Legal Counsel for the Joint Committee on Public Service for 2 years and the Joint Committee on Economic Development for 2 years. He was responsible for analyzing, researching, and drafting comprehensive legislation; negotiations; and providing legal and policy advice to the Committee.
Garrett is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
