Christopher Blake is a Second Assistant City Solicitor in the City of Lowell Law Department. He received a B.A. in Political Science from Bard College in 2019, and a J.D. from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2022.
Before joining the Law Department, Christopher was an associate attorney with a law firm in downtown Pittsburgh, where he focused on civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He previously worked in Governor Charles Baker’s office as an intern as well.
Christopher is admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
