Michael D. Broderick is a First Assistant City Solicitor in the City of Lowell Law Department. He received his bachelor’s degree for psychology from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, in 1998, and his J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law in 2004.
Before joining the City in September 2023, Michael was a trial attorney for 16 years for the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families.
Michael previously worked for DeBruyckere, Petrillo and Fulton, LLC, handling landlord/tenant claims and family law cases. While in law school, he also worked for the Eagle-Tribune Newspaper in North Andover.
Michael is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
