Golden, Jr., presented Year in Review 2025, reflecting on a year of meaningful progress and community impact in the City of Lowell. The presentation highlights key accomplishments and ongoing work across infrastructure, financial stability, arts and culture, economic development, and the Frontrunner City Initiative, along with other City priorities and services that support residents and strengthen the community.
