The current snow emergency parking ban for the City of Lowell will be lifted at 6AM, Friday, February 10, 2017. Residents who used free parking in City of Lowell parking garages will have 2 hours after ban is lifted to remove vehicles without incurring charges. The City of Lowell thanks all residents for their cooperation during this snow emergency.
