The City of Lowell's Economic Development office is rolling out technical assistance programs for food businesses and retailers. With these programs, businesses who need expert advice can apply for assistance and be paired with a consultant who can analyze their needs and develop a work plan for them to reach their goals. The aim of this program is to sustain and grow independent businesses in Lowell.
