The City of Lowell is thrilled to announce the recipients of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Cultural Organizations and Public Art grant programs. These initiatives are one-time grant programs overseen by the Office of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (CASE). The awards aim to support and uplift local cultural organizations and artists in their endeavors to enhance and enrich the cultural landscape of the community.
