The 2026 annual Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) PIT count was conducted by the City of Lowell on January 29th, 2026.  A total of 119 locations were visited.  Findings:  Total Homeless = 267, Total Sheltered = 254, Total Unsheltered = 13. Below is a results comparison from 2023-2026.
