The City is actively working on Phase 3b, the connection along Fayette Street and Perry Street.
The City recently worked with its consultants to complete updated title review of private property for needed access agreements.
Once outreach and access agreements with affected property owners are completed, the City could expect to go out to bid for construction in early 2026.
