1/25/26: Parking Garage Elevator Update
Ayotte Garage: These elevators are working, but we have hired and engineering firm to create required drawings and specs to use for an RFB to replace this system.
Downes Garage: The elevator is currently down and rides are available in the Parking Office. We currently have a "Power Unit" on order through our elevator vendor, Delta Beckwith for the left elevator and we expect that work to begin within a month. We have also hired GFT, to perform an engineering design package needed for the parking department to issue an RFB to replace the elevators, except for the power unit that will be kept and used in the new system.
Leo Roy Garage: The Leo Roy Garage, which only has one elevator, has been down for quite some time. We are working with the vendor (Delta Beckwith), to repair the issue, that currently is identified as a control panel button short. This is affecting the way that the elevator identifies the floor and the correct position to stop and open the doors.
