On-Street Disability Parking

Disabled persons may park at a meter without putting in any money, according to the following:

• The disability placard must be hung on the vehicle's rear view mirror.
• The disability placard must be clearly visible and legible.
• The person that the disability placard is issued to must be present and in the vehicle.
• The disability placard must be valid.
• The disability placard's dates must be current.

To report disability parking abuse, fill out the RMV Disability Abuse Form.
