Street Paving Moratorium List
To protect recently paved streets, the city enforces a 5-year moratorium on non-emergency utility cuts or excavations.

- Streets under moratorium are not eligible for routine work.
- Emergency work may be approved only with authorization from the DPW Commissioner.
