Please Note:  A No Parking Snow Ban has been scheduled for Friday Feb 20th at 10PM.    All vehicles must be off the streets by this time.

Please do not park on crosswalks, at fire hydrants, 20ft to a corner, the wrong side of the street, and other safety items.   

Parking enforcement will be working.

The City of Lowell utilizes Event Parking Rates at all garages, parking lots and on-street spaces based on the event, expected attendance and capacity limits.    

Tsongas Center Event Parking covers Cabot St., Father Morissette Boulevard, Hall St. Suffolk St. and Perkins St in addition to the Ayotte Garage and Lot A.

Lowell Memorial Auditorium Event Parking covers Bartlett St., Brown St., East Merrimack St, Davidson St. and Fayette St. in addition to the Davidson Lot and Lower Locks Garage.

Boarding House Park Event Parking covers John St., Kirk St., Lee St. and Paige St.

Event rate will be posted on the parking Kiosk and on the Passport Mobile App and typically available 90 minutes prior to the Event.      

Meter enforcement will be out during events and citations will be issued for meter violations, safety issues and parking on bridges.
